Providing the Care Prescribed
Agile Infusion Services takes care to never interfere in the patient-provider relationship. The treatment plan agreed to between the prescriber and the patient is honored and we'll always try to avoid unnecessary evaluations. Our role is to facilitate the patient getting that treatment safely and in a timely fashion, after which we return the patient to you for ongoing care.
To help our expert insurance team obtain all needed prior authorizations, complete a medical order form for the prescribed treatment. (We regularly review and update our medication order forms, so please check that the form you are using is the latest version.)
If you don't see the medication you are prescribing on the list, please let our staff know. If we can, we'll add it.
Facilitating Timely Treatment
To ensure your patient gets the treatment you prescribed in a timely fashion, our intake team will shoulder the task of obtaining insurance authorization and enrolling patients in financial assistance programs. Updates will be provided to your office.
To facilitate seamless transfer of patient records, speak to a member of our intake team and we will provide your office with a complimentary HIPAA-compliant link where you can upload records.
